DieWeides offers modern, secure student accommodation in Stellenbosch. Choose from 10 houses consisting of 12 to 18 individual studio apartments with a shared kitchen and living room. Our homely student residences are within walking distance from campus and comfortably fitted with quality finishes.
All apartments offers an open plan bedroom/living space with a study nook, a bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, basin and vanity. Windows are fitted with wooden blinds. Students share a communal living room equipped with DSTV and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. All homes offer laundry facilities. Each house offers an outside braai area.
Security:
Our tenants’ safety is our priority. All homes are secured with an electric fence, linked to armed response. Each room is equipped with an alarm, also linked to armed response. Secure parking is available on the property.
