Ilzemarie, the principal of Propnet, is a qualified attorney, conveyancer and estate agent and has been practicing as such for 37 years.
She has an extensive knowledge of property related matters and is on call for any queries and advise to prospective buyers, seller tenant and legal entities.
Ilzemarie is a director on the boards of large Home Owner Associations and Special Rating Areas and has specialist knowledge of Sectional Title Schemes, the managing of Body Corporates and Home Owners Associations. She is also a member of the Compliance Institute and the Estate Agency Board and is responsible for all regulatory and compliance matters relating to Propnet and its clients.
